2. Description of Service

Tutoriffic provides an online study platform for TEAS 7 exam preparation. The Service includes structured lessons, flashcards, practice quizzes, practice tests, vocabulary tools, spaced repetition, and other study features designed to help users prepare for the ATI TEAS 7 exam.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and notify us of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Payment & Pricing

• The TEAS 7 Study Guide is available as a monthly subscription at $29 USD/month
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Your subscription provides full access to all study materials while active
• You may cancel your subscription at any time with no further charges
• Prices are subject to change, but active subscribers will be notified in advance

5. Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle. If you experience any issues with the Service, contact us at support@tutoriffic.com and we will work to resolve them.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including lessons, questions, flashcards, study notes, and software — is owned by Tutoriffic or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own study purposes.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Redistribute, resell, or publicly share any course content
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

8. Disclaimer

Tutoriffic is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with or endorsed by ATI (Assessment Technologies Institute). TEAS is a registered trademark of ATI. Our study materials are designed to help you prepare for the exam but do not guarantee any specific test score or outcome. Exam results depend on individual effort, preparation, and other factors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tutoriffic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
